The LESSEE agrees to use the villa as a vacation home, as if it was his property, keeping it in good condition, as well as the furniture and trousseau in it. Avoid disturbing other condominium users.

The LESSEE agrees to read the WELCOME BOOK that is at your disposal in the house, and on the website, and to follow the indications contained in it, especially with regard to security, urgencies and emergencies. In cases of serious breakdowns or major incidents, the LESSEE, once appropriate measures have been taken to conserve the dwelling, will have to notify the LESSOR without delay. The breach of this formality may hold the client responsible for pay the repairs to be made.

The LESSEE exempts the LESSOR from the responsibility for damages that may be caused by the use of the dwelling facilities, as well as damages that this or the other occupants cause in the house or to third parties.

The LESSEE must inform the lessor of the details of the occupants of the house, full name and national identity document.

In no case may the LESSEE sublet totally or partially the dwelling.

Pets are not allowed.

No smoking inside the house.

No smoking on artificial grass.

No butts can be thrown in the garden.

The house can not be occupied by more than six people.

The LESSOR is not responsible for the roberys or thefts that during the rental period could be suffered by the lessee and/or occupants of the dwelling. For this purpose the property recommends closing all doors and blinds every time you leave the property.

It has a fire extinguisher in the house.

During your stay you will have to facilitate entry to the cleaning and maintenance staff. We will try to disturb you as little as possible.

The use of the pool and garden is done under your responsibility, be aware of the height of the pool, 1.5 meters, as well as the possible existence of unevenness in your plot… Be especially careful if you are staying with children.

It is forbidden to use the bath towels in the pool, for this purpose you will have towels for the pool in different color.

It is forbidden to throw to the toilet waste that is not biodegradable or that can cause clogs.

The LESSEE agrees that any furniture or accessory that disappears or, in the reasonable opinion of the property, becomes unusable because of its damages at the end of the lease term, may be replaced by the property supporting the replacement cost the tenant.

Likewise undertakes to use the furniture, accessories and equipment for the use for which they were manufactured and to leave them in the position and instead of the rooms where they were when occupying the Villa. The interior furniture in any case can be used outdoors.

LESSORS must leave the villa in the same state in which it was delivered, otherwise they must support the costs of cleaning or repair caused by a misuse of the elements of the house.

The garbage must be deposited in the containers arranged for this purpose by the City Council.

We remind you to keep all lights off when you are outside the Villa.

Tenants must leave the keys in the box provided for this purpose, the same that was used at the time for their first entry into the house, before the time agreed in the lease.

We recommend you to use the box during your stay also for the comfort of all occupants of the Villa.

In any case, the loss of the keys entails payment of the amount of the value of them and any breakage or damage that originates the intervention of a locksmith will be supported by the LESSEE.

Please notify the property if you leave the Villa before the time established in the contract.
